White Chocolate Fudge

Line a 20x25cm baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in cherries and chopped almonds.
Pour the fudge into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until firm.
Remove from baking dish, cut into bars, and pack.
