you'll need:

1 tablespoon dry gravy mix
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
pinch of dried rosemary
1 pouch turkey breast (about 140g/5oz)
1/2 cup instant sweet mashed potatoes (1 serving)

at home:

Combine gravy mix, dried cranberries and rosemary in a small-sized zip-lock freezer bag.
Pack remaining ingredients separately.

on the trail:

For mashed potatoes:
Pour hot, boiling water into mashed potato mixture; stir until well combined and set aside.

For gravy:
In the mug, combine gravy mix with 1/3 cup of cold water.
Pour gravy into the pan and bring to a boil, stirring.
Add turkey and simmer together for another 1-2 minutes, until thickened.
Serve turkey and gravy over mashed potatoes.
