you'll need:

1 cup Avocado Small, Leave whole
1 slice Bread, could be gluten free, Light vacuum pack will keep intact
teaspoon Lime juice, Leave whole or use Real Lime
1 pinch of Salt
1 Egg, Use farm fresh uncleaned
4 ozs Cold smoked salmon, Will need to be kept cool until eaten
1 pinch of ground black pepper

at home:

Lightly vacuum pack the bread
Put farm fresh egg in an egg carrier so it doesn’t break
Vacuum pack cold smoked salmon and pack next to dry ice pack
Pack all in a bag and carry next to dry ice for up to 24 hours
If you can’t keep the salmon cool, smoked canned tuna can be used

on the trail:

toast bread over heat
Mash up avocado flesh with lime juice and salt.
Scoop avocado mash onto bread and place onto plate or bowl
Place salmon on the bread with avocado mash
Cook egg soft and place on top of the rest
Add pepper and enjoy
