you'll need:

4 tablespoons Ova Easy whole crystal egg
1 teaspoon spinach powder
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon freeze-dried grated Parmesan cheese

at home:

Mix powdered eggs and spinach powder in a medium-sized zip-lock freezer bag.
Pack the remaining ingredients separately.

on the trail:

Add 1/3 cup water to the bag with the Steamed Spinach Omelette mixture.
Season to taste and mix well.
Close the bag and let mixture to rehydrate for 5-10 minutes.
Bring to a boil 2 cups water in a pot.
Place the bag into the pot.
Reduce heat to low and put a lid on.
Let the steam cook the eggs for about 10 minutes, or until the top is set.
Remove omelette from the bag, sprinkle with grated cheese and enjoy!

    Do you need a special kind of bag to be putting into the boiling water?

      Yes! better to have thick and dense zip-lock bags
