1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning iHerb

100 gs pre-cooked and dehydrated pasta
1 can sardines in oil (about 100g) iHerb

at home:
In a small zip-lock bag combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, cheese and garlic powder.
Pack pasta and can with sardines separately.

Put pasta in a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook, for about 10 minutes until rehydrated.
Remove from the heat and drain off the excess liquid.
Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumb mixture over and stir well.
Top with sardines and serve.
