you'll need:
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons freeze-dried grated Parmesan cheese
teaspoon Italian seasoning
teaspoon garlic powder
100 gs pre-cooked and dehydrated pasta
1 can sardines in oil (about 100g)

at home:
In a small zip-lock bag combine breadcrumbs, salt, Italian seasoning, Parmesan and garlic powder.
Pack pasta and can with sardines separately.
on the trail:
Put pasta in a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook, for about 10 minutes until rehydrated.
Remove from the heat and drain off the excess liquid.
Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumb mixture over and stir well.
Top with sardines and serve.
