you'll need:

2 handfuls freeze-dried diced peaches (about 15g), powdered
2 tablespoons raspberry powder
2 tablespoons full cream milk powder (Nestle Nido)
1 teaspoon oat flour

at home:

Combine all the ingredients in a zip lock bag.

on the trail:

Pour smoothie powder into a mug or wide-mouth @Nalgene bottle.
Add 2/3 cup water and stir/shake well.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes to rehydrate. Stir again and enjoy.
