Wheat flour tortillas are an ideal base for a super-crisp, extra-thin crust pizzas. You don’t have to spend time kneading, stretching, or rolling your own dough. Using flour tortillas is a quick and easy way to make a delicious pizza on the trail in under 1o minutes from start to finish.

2 tablespoons tomato paste (tubed)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 medium-size wheat flour tortilla
2 handfuls grated Cheddar cheese (about 60 g/2.12 oz)
1 pack shelf-stable sliced pepperoni (about 70 g/2.47 oz)
1 can diced peaches in light syrup or pouch (about 114 g/4 oz), drained
on the trail:
In a mug, mix tomato paste with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water, and oregano. Season to taste.
Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Put tortilla in and reduce heat to low.
Smear tortilla with half of tomato sauce, top with half of cheese quantity, half of ham and peaches.
Bake until cheese is melted, then remove from the pan.
Repeat the process with second tortilla.
