you'll need:

2 tablespoons coconut milk powder
1 teaspoon full cream milk powder (Nestle Nido)
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon sugar or to taste

at home:

Mix all the ingredients in a small zip-lock bag.

on the trail:

Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
Pour pina colada mixture into a mug.
Mix to a smooth paste with 2 tablespoons of hot water.
Add rest of the water and whisk for 20 seconds.

    Technically this is just a coconut latte, since the “Pina” in a Pina Colada stands for Pineapple… which you don’t have. 😉

    But it still sounds great!
