you'll need:

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups icing sugar
3/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped

at home:

Line a 25x20cm baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt the butter and peanut butter in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
Add the vanilla, icing sugar and chopped nuts, stir to combine.
Pour the fudge into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.
Remove slab from baking dish, cut into bars, and pack.

      Hi! In cold climate quite ok. Wrap them in aluminum foil. You may also need to put them in some sort of insulated thermo pack.
