you'll need:

80 gs dehydrated cooked pasta (2.82oz)
2 tablespoons dehydrated canned mussel
1 tablespoon dehydrated shrimp
2 tablespoons tomato sauce powder
pinch of dried basil
pinch of dried oregano

at home:

Mix all the ingredients in a zip-lock bag.

on the trail:

Pour pasta marinara mixture into the pot; add 1 cup  water.
Place pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover, and let stand another 5 minutes to rehydrate meal completely.
