you'll need:

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup oat flour
2 tablespoons full cream milk powder (Nestle Nido)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar or to taste
Ghee, for frying

at home:

Combine flour, oat flour, milk powder, baking powder and sugar in a medium-sized zip-lock freezer bag.
Pack ghee separately.

on the trail:

Add 1/2 cup water to the bag with oatmeal pancake mixture.
Stir until smooth and close the bag. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Melt ghee in a frying pan over medium-low heat.
Cut off a corner of the bag and squeeze batter into the pan.
Cook pancakes on both sides until slightly browned.
