you'll need:

1/3 cup dehydrated cooked rice
1/4 cup TVP granules iHerb
1 teaspoon onion powder iHerb
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder iHerb
1 tablespoon tomato sauce powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
pinch of chili powder
Salt

at home:

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized zip-lock bag.

on the trail:

Pour No Chicken Pilaf mixture into a pot.
Cover with1 cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for another 10-15 minutes to rehydrate meal completely
