you'll need:
1/2 cup dehydrated beef mince
2 tablespoons dehydrated canned chickpeas
1 tablespoon dehydrated canned lentils
1 tablespoon crispy fried onions
1 tablespoon tomato sauce powder
1 tablespoon dehydrated cooked rice
1 teaspoon Morrocan seasoning iHerb

Mix all the ingredients for Moroccan Stew in a medium-sized zip lock bag.

Pour the Moroccan Stew mixture into the pot; add 1 cup water.
Place pot over medium heat and bring to the boil.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for another 5 minutes to rehydrate meal completely.
