you'll need:

1/3 cup couscous
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon Ras-el-Hanout spice mixture
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt
1 can tuna in oil (about 75g/2.5oz)

at home:

Combine couscous, tomatoes and Ras-el-Hanout mixture in a medium-sized zip-lock freezer bag.
Pack other ingredients separately.

on the trail:

Bring 1/3 cup water to a boil.
Pour hot water into the couscous mixture.
Stir in tomato paste; season with salt.
Mix well and let stand covered 5 minutes.
Fluff couscous with a fork and serve with tuna pieces.

Freezer bag method:

Bring 1/3 cup water to a boil.
Pour hot water into the bag with the couscous mixture.
Stir well and seal the bag. Let sit in a cozy for 5 minutes.
To serve, fluff couscous with a fork and top with tuna pieces.
