Can freeze dry mango be substituted with dehydrated mango (powdered)?

Hi! Dehydrated mango is more like leather, not bark, due to high sugar content. You can make a smoothie first from fresh ingredients, than dehydrate and grind.

I would like to know if this is canned coconut milk or coconut milk beverage from the refrigerator section.
    Thanks, they sound delicious.
