Keto Bacon Pancakes

you'll need:

1/2 cup keto pancake batter mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
40 gs smoked bacon (about 2 long slices)
1 tablespoon keto maple syrup

at home:

Put pancake batter mix in a zip-lock bag.
Pack other ingredients separately.

on the trail:

Gradually add 1/3 cup water and olive oil to the bag with keto bacon pancake mixture.
Stir until smooth and close the bag.
Leave the dough to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, saute the bacon until lightly browned and set aside
Cut off a corner of the bag and squeeze 1/4 of batter into the pan.
Cook for about 2 mins until bubbles form on the surface. 
Gently flip over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Serve the pancakes with the bacon and sugar-free maple syrup
