you'll need:
1/4 cup dehydrated grilled vegetables
1/4 cup dehydrated beef mince
1 tablespoon tomato sauce powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano iHerb
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons freeze-dried grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon ghee
1/4 cup dehydrated beef mince

at home:
Mix all dried ingredients for Italian Stew except in a medium-sized zip lock bag.
Pack Parmesan cheese and ghee separately.
on the trail:
Pour the Italian Stew mixture into the pot; add 3/4 cup water.
Place pot over medium heat and bring to the boil.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for another 5 minutes to rehydrate meal completely.
Stir in in Parmesan cheese and ghee.
Could you use dehydrated ground beef for this? And “dehydrated grilled vegetables” is VERY vague.
