you'll need:

1/3 cup pecans
1/3 cup hazelnuts
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut chips
2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, melted
4 tablespoons Sukrin Gold Fiber Syrup

at home:

Preheat oven to 180C/ 375F
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl of food processor combine all nuts and seeds.
Pulse until you get a coarse crumb texture.
Transfer to a large and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Enjoy with almond milk, coconut milk or as is for a snack, or as a topping for crisp.
