you'll need:

1 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons almond flour
4 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons Sukrin Gold Fiber Syrup, optional

at home:

Preheat oven to 180C/ 375F
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl of food processor combine all nuts and seeds.
Pulse until you get a coarse crumb texture.
Transfer to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
