you'll need:

2 tablespoons freeze-dried bananas, powdered
2 tablespoons almond milk powder or peanut butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
30 gs egg white protein

at home:

Pack all the ingredients in a small zip-lock bag.

on the trail:

Pour smoothie powder into a mug or wide-mouth @Nalgene bottle
Add 3/4 cup water and stir/shake well.
Let stand for 5 minutes to rehydrate. Stir again and enjoy.

    I’ve been trying to figure out a way to take my smoothies with me into the backcountry, and this recipe looks like just what I need. I’m wondering whether I could include some greens as well in the blend (baby spinach or baby kale). Might try it and report back.
