1 1/4 oz instant potatoes, per serving (or bring entire 4 oz packet to avoid waste for 2 people and up the water content))
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon Onion/ Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Sun Dried Tomatoes or Soy Bacon, More or less. Just eyeball it
1 tablespoon Green Chilles, Pack in plastic spice jar or tiny bottle to avoid bringing whole can
1 oz Cheddar Cheese, Slice in 1/2 oz increments to track consumption
3/4 oz Butter, Melt and pack in Bottle or foil packets
Salt Pepper, red pepper flake, Chives, Oregano, Pack in Universal Spice bottle
Package Potatoes, Spices, onion powder, together in baggie. Pack parmesan, cheddar, sundried tomatoes and green chilis separately- figure out how to pack chilis in small bottle to keep in cheese baggie separately. Pack butter wrapped in paper or melted in leak-proof bottle
on the trail:
Boil 11 oz of water per serving.
Add half the packet of potato flakes, then stir. add the rest of the baggie and then stir again.
Remove from heat,
Split into portions and add the butter, parmesan and cheese. Sprinkle chilis and tomatoes/bacon on top. of each serving
