you'll need:

2 tablespoons dehydrated cauliflower, powdered
1 tablespoon instant mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese powder (powdered)
1 teaspoon heavy cream powder
1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon cube

at home:

Mix all the ingredients in a small zip lock bag.

on the trail:

Pour Cheese Cauliflower Chowder mixture into a mug.
Add 1 cup boiling water.
Stir, cover and let soak for 5 minutes.
