you'll need:

1 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/3 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Sukrin Gold Fiber Syrup (or agave syrup)
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

at home:

Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly coated.
Lay spiced nut and seed mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Divide into equal portions and pack into separate zip lock bags.

    Just reading up on the ingredients listed, Sukrin and agave syrups don’t sound like a healthy choice.
    Replace with honey or brown sugar may be a much better option.
