Buckwheat granola

you'll need:

350 gs buckwheat groats
50 rice bran oil
quinoa flakes
coconut desicated
chia seeds
maple syrup
pumpkin seeds
vanilla extract
sea salt

at home:

Preheat oven to 150C.
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add oil and mix thoroughly.
Mix maple syrup, vanilla and 500ml water together. Add to buckwheat mixture and mix thoroughly.
Spread on baking tray and bake for 50mins, stirring regularly to make sure mixture browns evenly.
