you'll need:
1/4 cup dehydrated cooked rice, ground into coarse powder
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons freeze-dried diced apples
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon ghee

at home:
Mix all dry ingredients in a medium-sized zip lock freezer bag.
Pack ghee separately.
on the trail:
Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil.
Carefully pour hot water into the bag with Brown Rice Cereal mixture.
Stir well, close the bag and let sit in a cozy (warm place) for about 5 minutes.
Stir in ghee and enjoy!
