Hi Tanya, is it possible to do this recipe from frozen berries, almond milk and rolled oats + the rest of the ingredients and then dehydrating it like it’s done for the mango smoothie or the chocolate almond smoothie? I am new to dehydrated meal and getting organised for a 11 days hike. Cheers
Hi Jules! Sure, you can make it first from fresh ingredients and then dehydrate. Just make sure your “smoothie bark” is dry enough before grinding.
