you'll need:
2 bananas (or 3), just ripe
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh pressed
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh pressed
at home:
Cut bananas into 3-4mm/1/8 inch slices.
Mix lemon juice with 1/4 cup water in a bowl.
Place banana slices on dehydrator tray.
Brush each slice from both sides with mix of lemon juice and water.
Dehydrate at 57C/135F for 6-10 hours.
Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
