Green Power Smoothie

1 Granny Smith apple, cored and roughly chopped
2 kiwi fruits, peeled
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tablespoon organic spinach powder
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon stevia powder, or your favorite sweetener
small handful fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup coconut water
Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Process at high speed until smooth.
Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more stevia powder, if necesary.
Pour into glass or smoothie bottle to take with you to the gym.
